These are the contents [D1..D5] of CCP/M v3.1, a.k.a. Concurrent PC-DOS, a.k.a
Starlink, for the IBM PC or PCXT. The bad news is it requires installation of 
the StarLink 4 port add-in card, the system checks for its presence on boot-up.
Perhaps modifications could be made to strip that out.  The 4-port card is an
XT plugin card with its own 8088 processor and 64k memory for address space at
0E000:0000h to 0F000:0000-1h, each port uses a 16k workspace for communication
to connected terminals via RS-232 connections re the 4-port card.  Four
terminals plus main XT = 5 user system.  Selectable IRQ, default IRQ 5 maybe?
