USB Enhanced Performance and USB Enhanced Performance Wireless keyboard driver for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) XP or 2000 Version 2.0.1.2 Installation Readme This package installs an updated Microsoft Windows XP or 2000 device driver for the USB Enhanced Performance and USB Enhanced Performance Wireless keyboards. This update requires approximately 100MB of space on your hard drive. Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation. Downloading the package ======================= 1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page. 2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file. Extracting the package ====================== 1. Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and folders. 2. Type q1kyb12us13.exe in the search field, then click Find Now or Search. This will locate the file you just downloaded. 3. Double-click the q1kyb12us13.exe icon. 4. Click Next. Read the license agreement. 5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement. 6. Click Next. 7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\KYB\q1kyb12us13. 8. Click Next. The necessary files will be extracted to your hard drive. 9. Click Finish. Installing the package ====================== 1. Click Start, then click Run. 2. Type C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\KYB\q1kyb12us13\Setup.exe, then click OK. The setup program will run. Follow all onscreen prompts and reboot your system when done. Silent installation ------------------- 1. Click Start, then click Run. 2. Type C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\KYB\q1kyb12us13\Setup.exe /s /v/qn. 3. Click OK. Uninstalling the package ======================== 1. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. 3. Select "USB Enhanced Performance Keyboard" from the list. 4. Click the Add/Remove button and follow the instructions to complete uninstallation.
