Click the "Next" button to continue. NOTE: The following message is shown if the OSA Baseboard Management Controller driver and IBM IPMI mapping layer are not installed. Could not find IPMI driver. Please check your OSA IPMI driver and IBM mapping layer installation. BIOS flash will proceed but VPD data will be inconsistent. If the above message is shown, install the OSA BMC driver and IBM IPMI mapping layer from the support web page. - Click the "Exit" button. 2.2 Step by step instructions for extracting the Windows update files (GUI) - Run the "Windows BIOS Update" by double-clicking the .EXE. - Choose "Extract to Hard Drive" and click the "Next" button. - Choose a directory into which the Windows update files will be saved in the "Save As" dialog. - The files extracted are all the files that are necessary to perform a BIOS update under Windows.
