                   This code updates the Broadcom network firmware
                   on the 8832 system.


       2.0   Change History

             2.1   Broadcom Firmware Update Utility 2.20

		First Release.


       3.0   Installation
       -------------------------------
             
            1) Extract the image to a diskette.
            2) On the IBM BladeCenter chassis, select the diskette access
		  for the appropriate blade.
            3) Reboot the system.
            4) Follow the prompts on the screen.  If no options are selected,
                  the defaults will be selected and the update will install.
            5) Eject the diskette and reboot the system when completed.
