       1.0   Overview

              1.1  This README file contains the latest information about
                   installing the IBM xSeries C2T Firmware.

              1.4  Level of Recommendations and Prerequisites for the Update:

                -  Upgrading to 1.00 is required for IBM xSeries 330 systems.

        3.0   Installation and Setup Instructions

              Complete the followinf steps to update the C2T Firmware:

              3.1  Insert the "IBM xSeries 330 C2T Firmware Update Diskette"
                   into drive A.

              3.2  Start or restart your IBM xSeries server.

              3.3  The system will boot from the diskette and display a window
                   from which you can update the firmware.  Select "1 - Update
                   C2T Firmware".

              3.4  The system updates the C2T Firmware with the new 
                   code.  When this is complete you will be prompted to 
                   remove the disketet and press Return to reboot the system.

              3.5  Download and install the latest IBM xSeries 330 BIOS. 

       4.0  Configuration Information

       5.0  Unattended Mode

             5.1   Complete the following steps for unattended mode.

                   5.1.1  Modify CONFIG.SYS on the Flash Diskette to read:
                          "SHELL=C2TUPD.EXE /u"

                   5.1.2  Reboot the system with the Flash Diskette in Drive A:
