      Version 2.01
	------------

	- Hardware speed changes fixed for slots 5 and 6 (broken by the 
	  software implementation)
	- algorithm for speed/mode mismatch changed to be more efficient 
	  and to cover specific cases not covered before
	- model revision level changed to 2
	- empty slots get speed mismatch and do not power up at boot


	Version 2.02

	- empty slot allowed to turn on even with speed mismatch bit set 
          for test purposes
	- PERR/SERR detection routine fixed (slot reset problem)

	- tri-state the H_SCI line for the GPIO10 problem for Lookout support

      - changed SERR/PERR reporting by latching signals
	- HPC command complete status bits changed for idle state not to change the status.
	- Command status Bit 2 changed to stay active during idle (Finished Bit)


       3.0   Installation and Setup Instructions
       -----------------------------------------

            The procedure to update the Hot-Plug Controller is as follows:

              3.1  Insert the "IBM xSeries 440 Hot-Plug Flash Disk"
                   into drive A.

              3.2  Start up or restart your IBM xSeries 440 server.

              3.3  The system will boot from the disk and update the 
		   Hot-Plug controller firmware.

              3.8  When this is complete you will be prompted to remove the 
		   disk and hit return to reboot the system.
