             1.1   This readme provides instructions for installing UCM v2.12 with NF Director v2.2 should a system require the console and agent to be installed on the same system, under Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98 or Windows ME

                   A full tape backup should be completed and verified, prior to running this, or any other system upgrade.

                   Raid Configuration should be saved to diskette, see the Hardware Maintenance manual for more details.

             3.1   To install UCM v2.12 with NF Director v2.2 with a console/agent setup on the same system,

			1) Install NF Director v2.2 and IBM UM Server Extensions v2.2

	                2) Copy the C:\program files\ums\director\classes\dirlibs.jar file to a temporary directory.

	                3) Install UCM 2.12 and reboot system.

	                4) Copy the dirlibs.jar file from the temporary directory to the
			   C:\program files\ums\director\classes directory overwriting
        	           the existing dirlibs.jar file installed by UCM 2.12.
