                This code corrects a potential performance problem found 
		in version 1.07.

		133Mhz adapters hot-plug at full 133Mhz.

             1.4   Level of Recommendations and Prerequisites for the
                   Update:

               		- IBM strongly recommends this update to customers
	        	running version 1.07 if 133Mhz adapters are normally 
			hot-plugged or expected to be hot-plugged into slots-5
			or 6.

		Problem corrected; In version 1.07 133Mhz adapters defaulted
		to 100Mhz operation when hot-plugged into slots 5 & 6.  The 
		mode switched to the corrected speed on the next cold boot 
		with adapters coming up at 133Mhz.  The net of the situation
		was a performance degradation could be experienced in normal 
		operations for periods of time until the next server cold boot.

       3.0   Installation and Setup Instructions
       -----------------------------------------

            The procedure to update the Hot-Plug Controller is as follows:

              3.1  Insert the "IBM xSeries 235 Hot-Plug Flash Disk"
                   into drive A.

              3.2  Start up or restart your IBM xSeries 235 server.

              3.3  The system will boot from the disk and update the 
		   Hot-Plug controller firmware.

              3.8  When this is complete you will be prompted to remove the 
		   disk and hit return to reboot the system.
