WARP did not ship with a SVGA command that is compatible with C&T chipsets so this should be helpful. DO NOT install this driver package if the system display is set to anything other than 640x480x16 VGA mode. OS/2 PM Display Drivers ----------------------- The following display resolutions are available with this release: 640x480x256 Color 800x600x256 Color 1024x768x256 Color Seamless Windows Support ------------------------ This release of the Drivers for Chips & Technologies 655XX supports Seamless Windows. WIN OS/2 Full Screen -------------------- The Windows 3.1 drivers provided with this release support the following display resolutions: 640x480x256 Color 800x600x256 Color 1024x768x256 Color Note: 1024x768x256 is not available in OS/2 if you have 1/2 Mg VRAM. 1024x768x16 is available instead. WIN-OS/2 should be started by selecting the WIN-OS/2 Full Screen Icon in the Command Prompts folder, or with the WIN command in a DOS Full Screen OS/2 Full Screen session. DO NOT start WIN-OS/2 in a DOS or OS/2 Window. The system does not support the enhanced video mode being used in a window, and therefore will not run. DO NOT use ALT-HOME to switch a DOS or OS/2 Full Screen session to Windowed when running WIN-OS/2. Function HOT-KEYS ----------------- Hot Key functions used for System Configuration should only be done in OS/2 or DOS Full Screen sessions. The result will be unpredicatable if done in the Desktop. Step 2: Place the diskette copy in drive A. At the C:\ prompt, type LABEL A: DISP 1 to properly label your diskette. Then store your diskette copy in a safe place. For proper installation of OS/2 drivers, all diskette copies must be properly labeled "DISP 1".
