* If Windows XP 64bit with Spervice Pack 1 is installed, please install the Hot FIX 921411 before installing the Chipset driver.
  Please use the following installation procedures: 
                1. Windows XP 64 Service Pack 1 
                2. Install Hot Fix QFE (921411)
                3  Intel(R) Chipset Device Software (Install Hot Fix before chipset)
