Subject: Available via email- CBM Patents I have obtained the following patents via Westlaw that were procured by CBM and later assigned to Escom AG. The images were obtained by Lexis-Nexis. They are: 6502 Execution Structure 1351 Mouse Raster Interrupts Memory Management Unit Sound Interface Device Collision Detection c64/128 Video and Sound System Movable Object Blocks (Sprites) They are very detailed and esoterically explained in engineering jargon, replete with equations, electricial mumbo-jumbo, etc. These documents would be useful for the programmer or developer who needs detailed info straight from the engineers at CBM in those halycon days of 1983-85. Please email me with a request to get one or more of the documents listed, and I'll send it off to you. Please note if you want the .GIF's, and if so, if you prefer them zipped (pk204e) or not. This was originally posted in the comp.sys.cbm newsgroup, and perhaps some have missed it there. While this email list is dedicated to the SuperCPU, the information in these patents may shed light on that subject, even if they were made in 1983 to 1985 or 86, nearly ten years ago. Further proof that the c64 and the c128 are timeless! ;) Todd Elliott CMD Nirvana Enthusiast! eyeth@erols.com http://ubmail.ubalt.edu/~telliott/genesis.html
