TITLE: HP Session Allocation Manager (SAM) Version 2.1.1 Patch VERSION: 1.0 Rev. D DESCRIPTION: This package provides an update for the HP Session Allocation Manager (SAM) Server for the supported computer models and operating systems. Applying this update enables the SAM Administrator to log into SAM console to manage out-of-sync data (the names of security groups that were changed), and to provide users in those affected security groups with the correct message that SAM is unable to authenticate them, instead of displaying "Objects not found." Issue 2 In some Session Allocation Manager v2.1.0 installations, after rebooting the SAM Server, logon attempts to the Web Administrator may fail. The SAM Client and the Web Client may also fail. In some instances, repeated reboots of the SAM Server correct the issue. Applying this patch to a SAM Server 2.1.0 installation prevents and corrects this issue.
