INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. By default, the drivers are extracted to the C:\SWSetup\SP34323 directory. 
You may copy the drivers to another directory or point to the default directory 
to install them.

4. In Device Manager, find the Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller with 
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4380&SUBSYS_2812103C or PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4380&SUBSYS_72971462 
listed in system properties.

5. Choose to update the driver for the Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller 
and point to the C:\SWSetup\SP34323 folder or to the directory where you copied 
these drivers.
