HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 

2. Execute the downloaded file and extract the files (default location is 
C:\SWSetup\SP32812).

3. When the Microsoft Windows New Hardware Wizard prompts for the location of 
the drivers, navigate to and select the folder where the SoftPaq files were 
extracted in Step 2.

NOTE: If you have closed the Microsoft Windows New Hardware Wizard without 
installing the drivers, open the Device Manager and find the HP POS Printer 
(located in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers area of Device Manager). 
Right-click the HP POS Printer and select the Upate Driver option. When 
prompted, select the folder where the SoftPaq files were extracted in Step 2.
