ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Updates localizations for the following languages: Chinese, Danish, German,
  Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Swedish.
- Adjusts pointing stick sensitivity to enable easier control.

FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where a Tap Zone set to Page Down causes the mouse cursor to stop
  moving.
- Fixes issue that occurs when returning from Standby or Hibernation modes where
  it can take the keyboard 5-10 seconds to respond before a password can be
  entered.
- Fixes issue that occurs when the pointing stick is the last item moved on the
  system, where the timed power management events (for example screen blank out,
  Standby mode) do not occur.

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
