US English ENHANCEMENTS: - Updates the firmware to version 83. - Removes Turn Audio Off option from the Preferences dialog box under Connect Options. This option enabled Microsoft Internet Explorer legacy audio support and is no longer needed. - Eliminates the prompt to disconnect the Wireless WAN (WWAN) connection when Microsoft Windows is restarted and an active connection exists. - Modifies the "Minimum View" to make the user interface smaller and more usable by removing the main toolbar and replacing it with the secondary toolbar. This change enables users to connect and disconnect and also enables them to start and stop their virtual private network (VPN). - Modifies status bar to display "Extended Network" or "Roaming" when notebook is connected to the WWAN but is not connected to the home network. |
FIXES: |
- Fixes issue that causes the VZAccess Manager client to initiate a WWAN connection when the Auto Connect option is enabled, and the Preferences dialog box is opened and then closed by clicking OK. - Fixes issue where "Power off WWAN Device" is listed in the Options menu even though the WWAN device is already Powered Off. - Fixes issue where a "WWAN device is disabled" message is displayed when running the VZAcess Manager Setup Wizard. |
