HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.  

2. Establish an ActiveSync connection between the handheld and 
   host PC.

3. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. If 
   asked to replace a file, please choose "yes" or "yes to all". 
   
   NOTE: Do not extract the files in the root directory. Use the default
   folder if possible.(C:\IPAQ\SP29865)

4. When the installation is complete, perform a normal reset on the 
   handheld.
