DESCRIPTION:
This Softpaq contains a new CPQTTAC.SYS file version 1.01.00.0008.
These drivers for Windows NT 4.0 are newer than what is found in
Softpaq SP11377 (Version 4.0).

Enhancements/Fixes:

 - Fixes blue screen errors and lock-ups that occur when Services for Macintosh
is installed on a server with a redundant NIC team for all Compaq TLAN-Based
   adapters.

 - Resolves issues of "Stop A" blue screen errors in SCSIPORT.SYS that occur on
servers under heavy load conditions with NIC Teaming enabled.

 - Fixes inability to transmit using Windows NT 4.0 WLBS with a redundant NIC
setup (Compaq Network Teaming and Configuration) when one NIC from the team fails.
WLBS was led to believe the team was down when, in fact, the team was still
operational due to redundancy. Transmission via WLBS will now only fail when the
entire NIC team fails and will resume as soon as one NIC in the team comes back
   online.

 - Fixes a blue screen error that appears when NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 is installed.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the fix, use these files to "update" or "install" the Netelligent Series
   NIC Adapter(s) in the server.

5. After the update or installation is complete, restart the server.
