Description             : Butterknife is a vanilla-compatible E1 replacement
                          for Ultimate Doom.
                          
                          Levels use similar monster, texture, and item
                          choices as the original E1. 
                          
                          Maps are small to medium sized with straightforward
                          progression and constant action. Difficulty is
                          easy-ish, and difficulty levels are supported.
                          
                          As an additional mapping limitation, there are zero
                          teleporters for the player or enemies in the wad.
