GARGON

(Requirements)

P166 with Voodoo 1 is pretty fast. P200 and Voodoo 1 is running at 19fps most of the time. In other words, Gargon is made to run FAST and SMOOTH. It may not have all the bells and whistles some levels do, but it certainly has a speed advantage. As far as multiplayer and Blood 2 goes, it's the most important thing...

So with that, I give you the level requirements:

1)   You really do need a 3D card. Gargon was not designed for software mode and thus, looks simply DISGUSTING in it =) Get one.

2)   Gargon REQUIRES fog. I know some people who turn it off for a multiplayer advantage, but I'm telling you now- Gargon will look BAD without fog as it is what allows you to see a fair bit of the level. If your card can't do fog, (there aren't many that can't) I can't say playing Gargon would be a good idea :)

3)   You MUST turn falling damage off. (server's that is) Gargon is designed to run with falling damage off, and if left on, will create lots of dead people as they reach Gargon :)

4)   The rumble on the ship is quiet, but with sound cranked up (or by using some nice headphones) you can hear it quite well.

Take note, all but the last one are VERY important.
