This is LMPC 3.0.1 (public release), Win32 (Cygnus) Binary Package

LMPC is the LMP/DMO/DEM Control Centre. 
LMPC helps you to handle LMP, DMO and DEM files. 
DEM files are supported more extensive with 
DEMA, The DEM Text File Analyser and
DEMcut, The DEM file cutter tool.
Look in the doc-directory for a full documentation.

   + change the play-back speed

   + Win32 (cross-compiled with cygnus-2.7.2-961023 + Mingw32)

Notes:

The Win32 binaries lmpc32.exe and demcut32.exe (compiled with Cygnus GNU Win32)
need cygwin.dll. Get it from ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/gnu-win32/cygwin.dll
