~Setting up Launchpad~

1. Unzip all the above files to a new folder

2. If you don't have Visual Basic 4.0 on your computer
   or you don't know if you have the runtimes then double 
   click on Runtimes.  It should start to download 

3. Run Launcher.exe 

4. Click on the setup button

5. Type in the path that Duke3d.exe is in 
   if the path is c:\duke3d then type in 
   c:\duke3d\    (That last slash is VERY important)

6. ENJOY!
