Base                  : New level from scratch
Editor(s) used        : Build (of course)
Known Bugs            : in the bank... if you have an RPG fight you might get blown into
			the upper floor or even out of the bank...... kinda adds to the
			effect of getting hit with a rocket point blank :)

from TEN... um... I guess you can E-mail me and I'll probably send it to you
but I don't plan on uploading it very many places if any so if you want it and you
find it... then um... congrats... and stuff...  whatever...
