 In  the year of 1999, mailtrading is still  alive. 
 As Apathy is a group with  roots back to the early 
 days  of the swapping  scene,  we  would  like  to 
 celebrate  this  by producing  an official swapper 
 chart.  This  is what this little intro is about.. 
                                                    
 Now  for some  information regarding the chart. It 
 will be released in Apathy's pack known as Dreams, 
 which  is being  compiled by me (Punisher/Apathy). 
 The  chart  itself  will  contain  the twenty most 
 popular  and  skilled  swappers on the scene,  and 
 those  you  will  manage  to  get a rank should be 
 really  proud,  because  this chart is going to be 
 the  most fair  and accurate of them all.  Imagine 
 a whole  lot  of swappers voting for their 10 best 
 contacts.. It's bound to be a success!
