DivideApprox()

int DivideApprox	(	int	a,
		int	b
	)

Deterministic approximate division.

Cancels out division errors stemming from the integer nature of the division over multiple runs.

Parameters

a	Dividend.
b	Divisor.

Returns

a/b or (a/b)+1.
