HTML 4 Beginner's Free Tutorial User Agreement

Welcome to my HTML tutorial. I have tried to create this tutorial with the beginning learner in mind. However, that was not always possible. If you have trouble understanding the material, I suggest that you find another source, a second opinion if you will, to reference with this one. I have found that having two different sources of material can be very useful to help learn a new subject.
