The guide  is Compiled HTML HELP file and has CHM Extention and is the new help format from Misrosoft. Simply click on it from explorer to view it. If unable to view then read on.

If you are not using internet explorer 4 and above then to view this file you require Microsoft HTML Help Update. The update is about 400 KB and can be download from Microsoft site : http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/htmlhelp/download.asp and is very very necessary.
