       Short Description: Daemon that keeps track of time zone changes, plus a replacement for the "System Clock" object.
        Long Description: This package has two executables. One wakes up each time summer time starts or ends, and adjusts the clock, also adjusting the OS/2 internal value of the current time zone. The other program displays date and time, lets you adjust the clock, and lets you adjust the TZ string in your CONFIG.SYS. Full source code is included.
